RETURN/EXCHANGE

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.ariadne-athens.com; we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any other outlet. This policy is applicable for products not under any offer.

Please find below the conditions for return or exchange of products:

We are committed to providing you with products of high quality. If, however, you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can exchange or refund you the products concerned. There is a 7 days deadline as from the date of reception to return products back. We will not accept returns for any item that bears signs of wear or damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

For all returns, customer’s request must be sent via email to our email address info@ariadne-athens.com. Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping back to us.

ATTENTION: If you wish to return a product which has been bought at a discounted price, you must return all items of the offer. i.e. Refunds will only be made when all products of offer have been returned. For more information please contact customer service at info@ariadne-athens.com

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
